Free delivery

All orders in the Cast Iron Official webshop are delivered and returned for free. Your order will be delivered within 2 working days. Keep this in mind when ordering in the weekend.
Currently we ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Austria.

How long does the delivery take?

We aim to deliver your package within two working days.

To which countries do you deliver?

We deliver in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Austria.

What happens if my order is delivered when I am not at home?

Not at home when DHL tries to deliver your parcel? Then the DHL deliverer will leave a yellow ‘non-home’ card in the mailbox.

DHL will first try to deliver the package to the neighbors. If this is not possible, you can find on the yellow ‘non-home’ card when the deliverer will come back or where you can pick up the package.

Do you have the package delivered to a Parcel Shop? Then you will receive a message as soon as the package is ready for you. If the package is not picked up from the Parcel Shop within 7 days, the package will be sent back to Cast Iron.

What are the shipping methods?

There are three different options for shipping:

  • DHL Day Delivery: DHL will offer the package during the day from Monday to Saturday between 09:00 and 18:00.
  • DHL Evening Delivery: DHL will offer the package in the evening from Monday to Friday between 18:00 and 21:00.
  • Please note that on Saturdays DHL does not have an evening delivery. Will the first delivery attempt take place on a Saturday? Then this will happen between 09:00 and 18:00.
  • DHL Service Point Delivery: Based on your address details, choose a DHL service point near you. You can pick up the package after delivery on presentation of your ID.

What do I do if my package is damaged or items are missing?

In the unlikely event that a package is not delivered intact, we would ask you to report this to our customer service as soon as possible.
You can do this by calling 088 053 0560 or by sending an e-mail to webshopservice@castiron-clothing.com. In this case, don't forget to indicate your order number and, in the event of an incorrect quantity, which items were missing.

Can I specify a desired delivery time for my order?

It is not possible to indicate a preferential period. However, you can choose between a day, evening or DHL service point delivery.

What if I haven't received my order?

We do everything we can to deliver your package on time. Despite all the good care, things can go wrong. How can you use the track and trace data to see if a problem has occurred? Please contact our customer service department in the following cases:

  • - For more than two working days, the tracking link has reported ‘delivery interrupted’ or ‘force majeure’.
  • - The tracking link shows for more than two working days consecutive 'recipient not at home', but you were present at the indicated time.
  • - The tracking status has been paused for more than two working days and does not go into delivery.
  • - Your package has been delivered to your neighbors, but they say they have not received anything.
  • The shipment status is delivered, but you have not been given the opportunity to receive it.


We will contact the shipper immediately after you have reported the incident, to check the status of your shipment. If it is not immediately clear when you can expect the package, we will look for a replacement delivery (if available).

How can I track my shipment?

Once your package has been shipped and DHL has scheduled delivery, you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and tracking information.
Click on the button 'follow my package' in the shipping confirmation to follow your package. The browser will automatically open the page showing the journey of your package.
