All orders in the Cast Iron Official webshop are delivered and returned for free. Your order will be delivered within 2 working days. Keep this in mind when ordering in the weekend.

Not at home when DHL tries to deliver your parcel? Then the DHL deliverer will leave a yellow ‘non-home’ card in the mailbox.
DHL will first try to deliver the package to the neighbors. If this is not possible, you can find on the yellow ‘non-home’ card when the deliverer will come back or where you can pick up the package.
Do you have the package delivered to a Parcel Shop? Then you will receive a message as soon as the package is ready for you. If the package is not picked up from the Parcel Shop within 7 days, the package will be sent back to Cast Iron.

In the unlikely event that a package is not delivered intact, we would ask you to report this to our customer service as soon as possible.
You can do this by calling 088 053 0560 or by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. In this case, don't forget to indicate your order number and, in the event of an incorrect quantity, which items were missing.
It is not possible to indicate a preferential period. However, you can choose between a day, evening or DHL service point delivery.
We do everything we can to deliver your package on time. Despite all the good care, things can go wrong. How can you use the track and trace data to see if a problem has occurred? Please contact our customer service department in the following cases:
We will contact the shipper immediately after you have reported the incident, to check the status of your shipment. If it is not immediately clear when you can expect the package, we will look for a replacement delivery (if available).
Once your package has been shipped and DHL has scheduled delivery, you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and tracking information.
Click on the button 'follow my package' in the shipping confirmation to follow your package. The browser will automatically open the page showing the journey of your package.
