I’m having trouble with the log-in, what to do?

If you do not succeed with logging in, there may be several reasons for this.
The most common problem is that your email address and/or password has been misspelled. Passwords are capital sensitive, so make sure the Caps Lock button is off.
Still having problems? Then it's best to request a new password. To do this, you can click on the 'forgot password' button, which you can find under the login button. Enter your e-mail address and click on 'send'. Within minutes you will receive an e-mail with a link to a page where you can enter a new password. If you have not received this message, please check your spam folder.

How can I check my order status?

When our warehouse has made your parcel ready for shipment, your order will be given the status 'complete'.
Are you logged in? Then you can find this status under 'my orders'.
Once the package has been transferred to DHL and has been given an expected delivery time, you will receive the track and trace code by email. In most cases, this is in the morning on the day of scheduled delivery.

Which size should I order?

If you are not yet familiar with the sizes of Cast Iron, it is best to compare a piece of clothing that fits well with our size chart. These can be found at the bottom of every product detail page.
The size chart converts body measurements into clothing sizes, so that you can order the right size at once.
If the size is not quite right, then you are always free to exchange the article for another size.

Can I choose a different delivery address?

Yes, you can!
During the checkout process, you can indicate on the check-out page that the shipping address is different from the billing address.
To do so, tick the box 'Delivery address is the same as billing address'. A new address field will appear where you can enter the delivery address.

How can I change/cancel an order?

If the items are still in your shopping cart, you can change or cancel anytime.
After you have completed the order, our warehouse will immediately start processing it. It is no longer possible to make changes.
Are you not satisfied with your choice or have you ordered the wrong size? We offer a free return service for items that are not to your liking.

How do I know if you have received my order?

After you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation via email that we have received your order.
This confirmation will also include your order number, which you can use as reference if you have any questions about your order.
Do you have an account with us? Then you can easily find the order details under 'my account'.
Did you not receive a confirmation email after completing your order? It is possible that this has ended up in your spam folder.
