What is your return policy?

If the received article is not to your liking, you can return it to us free of charge. Of course, The product must still be in its original condition. This means that the article may not have been worn and/or washed and that the original labels are still attached to the article. The return period is 30 days after receiving your order. If you are unable to return the article within 30 days, please contact our customer service department in advance. Full details of the return policy can be found in our Terms and Conditions.

When will I receive a refund for the product I have returned?

Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, which can take up to 7 working days. After receiving this e-mail, the processing of the refund may take up to another 7 working days. The sales price of the returned item will be refunded using the payment method you selected at the checkout of your order. If you have not received an e-mail from us within 7 working days of returning your package, please contact our customer service immediately.

How do I return a product if the packaging is damaged?

Is the box in which you received the item damaged and can no longer be used to return it? No problem! You can also ship the item in another box (we can't process returns in plastic bags). Make sure that the box is properly sealed and cannot open during transport.

How can I return my order?

Returning your order is simple and free of charge. Below you will find the return procedure:

  • In the received package you will find a document that consists of two parts: The Delivery Note and the Return voucher. Save the Delivery Note;
  • Fill in the Return voucher;
  • Place the Return voucher and the items in the original package;
  • You have received the return label (sticker) separately, put the sticker over the original shipping label of the package;
  • Returns for Germany and Austria: Return via DHL Parcel Shop. You can return the package via a DHL Parcel Shop free of charge. Go to one of DHL's locations. You can find it at : Returns for Belgium and Netherlands: Return via DHL Parcel Shop. You can return the package via a DHL Parcel Shop free of charge. Go to one of DHL's locations. You can find it at : Or Place a DHL pickup request. You can have the parcel picked up by DHL free of charge. Go to Fill in your details and your order number as reference. After filling in the weight and size of the package, you can select a preferred time period.
  • Keep the shipping record of your return until we have confirmed receiving your return. Did you not receive a return voucher in the package? Please contact our customer service department.

I paid my order (in part) with a coupon, how does returning work?

Did you use a coupon code when placing your order, but would you like to return the item? No problem! The coupon will be activated again after the return has been processed so that you can use it again when you place a new order! Activating a coupon does not change the conditions attached to the coupon.

I received a free item with my order, do I have to return it when I return (part of) my order?

Do you return your items and do you come below the minimum order amount? Then the free article will also have to be returned. Do you not return the item, but do you fall below the minimum order amount? Then we are obliged to deduct the purchase value of the free item from the refundable return amount.

My package does not include a return sticker, what now?

Have you not received a return sticker with a DHL barcode in your package? If so, you can request a new return label via our customer service. You have to print this label yourself and attach it to the box.

Do I have to pay shipping costs for my return?

We think it is important that you only invest in items that you feel comfortable with! Therefore, the return of items to us is completely free of charge. DHL's return label, which is included with each package, allows you to return the item completely free of charge.

I want to exchange an article, how does this work?

Would you rather receive another size or article? No problem! Exchanging is completely free of charge! If you wish to exchange an item, please tick the 'exchange' box on the return voucher. Then fill in the correct size and/or article number and/or color code. Please note that we can only initiate an exchange if the desired item has the same price, or is cheaper than the returned item. As soon as our warehouse has processed your return, we will check if the desired item is available. If this is not the case, you will still receive the purchase amount refunded. You will automatically receive a message from us as soon as the exchange and/or refund has been initiated.

Complaints and warranty, how does it work?

Are you not satisfied with the quality of an article you have purchased in the webshop and would you like to claim under the warranty? Then we would like to ask you to report this by filling in the form below. Of course it is also possible to contact us via e-mail about this. Send a message to Indicate in this e-mail the order number, the article number of the article concerned, a brief description of the complaint and a picture of the complaint. The item number can be found on the laundry label. We will examine your complaint within 1 working day and, if necessary, offer a suitable solution.

Can I return underwear?

Underwear may be returned as long as it has not yet been worn and/or washed. The underwear must still be in its original packaging.

Can I return my order to a store?

It is not possible to return the items to a Cast Iron store. Items purchased in the webshop can only be returned by sending them back to our warehouse. The instructions for this can be found on the return voucher or under 'how can I return my order'.
